Water, air& land are the 3 major intergradients’ that nurtures life.Scarcity in any one of them has a debasing effect on our life cycle. Researcherssay an average human requires about 15 to 20 litres of water per day. Water is essential at almost every stake of our life activities.

Can u even imagine a day without water?? Imagine life, were there is frequent scarcity of water just like our power shut down...! DREADFULL??? YES....!

Analysing the importance of water, The Water management techniques are adopted in many countries. One needs to realise that the agenda of water management is not a beeline process; itacquires a lot of practice and co-operation by all the people involved.

On account of the significance of water control, DR.BASKARAN, ASST.DEAN of civil department, DEAKINUNIVERSITY, AUSTRALIA , briefed us with his research papers on INTEGERATED WATER MANAGEMANT. He candidly explained the connection between population, climate and the rainfall of the place in which the project has to be implemented. He also narrated the methods of water management adopted in Australia and also enlightened us with various ideas which could be adopted in INDIA.

Our students raised a lot of queries regarding the water management. These were smartly answered by the professor and were even more encouraged to raise doubts. Students with quality doubts were tokened with a pouch. Many showed their interest towards STUDENT ABROAD PROGRAMME. The session ended up after irradiating the students with bright possibilities.
